Let's get religious every once in a while.
Me and my friends traveled the city to go to the famous Cebuano spot of religion - Simala Monastery! The ones who went with me are Jeanive, Nami, and Jobeth. Stephanie was not able to come because she was reprimanded by her parents. To fill in her spot, Jeanive's beau came with us.
Since we don't have car, we took a bus to Simala just like we normally do with our travels. It is my second time going to the said place so I am already quite familiar with it. There is no need for me to get lost just to remember the place since I have already been there in the past.

We made sure to light some candles for our prayers. The candles come in a variety of colors. Each of the colors that the person picks represent the kind of prayers one wants granted. I chose yellow, red and black. It was actually kind of expensive to buy the candles. They are worth 30php each so I only got to buy three.

Here are some of the other photos we got of the place. It was a solemn (not so!) journey so there are only a few pictures to post. Sorry, guys!
